in this Ministry:
INSPECTION LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
NATIONAL EDUCATION INSPECTORATE (N.E.I.)
JOB PURPOSE
Under the general direction of the Manager, Inspection Support in the Inspection Support
Division; the Inspection Logistics Coordinator will manage all logistical issues related to
engaging and assigning inspectors to work on contractual assignments and manage the
operational support provided to Inspectors during the course of inspections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical/Professional
Prepares and issues standard letters to Inspectors outlining details of each
planned inspection (location, dates etc.).
Develops and maintains an Inspector's planned schedule.
Ensures that relevant documents are available in soft and hard copy for the
Inspection team's briefing meeting.
Deals with enquiries from Inspectors at any stage of the process and provides a
point of contact within NEI throughout inspections, including provision of
telephone assistance to Inspection teams in the field, referring issues outside
his/her control to the relevant NEI unit for resolution.
Manages the logistics needed to support Inspectors in conducting School
Inspections, including the arrangement of accommodation(s), subsistence and
transportation, where needed.
Provides administrative support for Inspectors' meetings including arrangement of
meeting rooms, equipment and materials required.
Provides the Manager, Inspection Support with the schedule of completed
inspections to inform contracted Inspector payments.

Other
Performs other related functions assigned from time to time by the Head of
Inspection Support.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Effective time management skills
Sound knowledge of relevant computer applications and systems
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to provide accurate candid information to clients
Good report writing skills
Knowledge of GOJ Procurement Guidelines, Staff Orders and other relevant rules and
Government regulations
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Diploma in Management Studies or equivalent qualifications
Five (5) years’ related working experience
REMUNERATION PACKAGE PER ANNUM:
Salary Scale
- $1,279,498.00 - $1,535,397.00 per annum
