Contractor is working to get building ready for substantial completion inspection. The following items were
brought to the contractor’s attention that will need correcting before the inspection:
1. Metal roof edge is not complete in multiple areas. Exterior painting of metal lintels is not complete.
Columns and trims are not complete or painted. (Photo #1 & 2)
2. All exterior penetrations must be sealed to the block/brick veneer. (Photo #3)
3. Contactor should repair around all outlet/switch covers that have gaps. (Photo #4)
4. Clean all brick/block veneer (exterior and interior) to be free from excess mortar and paint. (Photo
#5)
5. Repair or replace any VCT that was damaged during construction. (Photo #6)
6. Multiple switches/sensors are missing and multiple light diffusers are damaged. Replace and install
as necessary. (Photo #7&8)
7. Marble thresholds are required at all junctions will dissimilar materials. Tile should be installed
level, plumb, and without protruding from an adjacent tile. Some areas appear to have different grouts
colors, all areas should have the same grout. (Photo #9, 10, 13)
8. Mezzanine ladder should be attached to the wall at all anchor points. (Photo #11)
9. Touch up paint is needed throughout the interior. (Photo #12)
This is not a punch list and may not include all items that need correcting. The contractor
should proceed with completing all work to meet the contract specifications. The contractor
should prepare their own punch list and submit this completed punch to the Architect before
requesting a substantial completion inspection.
