replacing the damaged concrete surrounding the Memorial
Belltower with a permeable decorative stone system and
binder.

Scope of Project: The existing Winston Hall heating
system consists of perimeter hot water finned tube heaters
(radiators). This project will remove the existing terminal
radiant heaters along the perimeter of the building and all
associated supports, controls, and accessories. The
existing hot water piping will be evaluated by the designer
and the University stakeholder and a decision will be
made to renovate the piping or replace them. This project
will then replace the radiators with hot water reheat coils
at new terminal units using a VAV system and DDC
controls. The designer will also evaluate the three air
handlers units in the building to determine their condition
and will make a recommendation whether to refurbish
them or to replace them.

Administrative Services III Third Floor Plan Room.
