LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY:

RESERVE PRICE:
The subject property will be sold on an “as is where is” basis subject to a reserve price of RM170,000.00
(RINGGIT MALAYSIA ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THOUSAND ONLY) and subject to the Conditions of
Sale as printed in the Proclamation of Sale. All intending bidders are required to deposit 10% of the fixed reserve
price for the said property by bank draft made payable to CITIBANK BERHAD (GUNASELAN A/L PERIASAMY)
before 9.00 a.m. on the day of auction and the balance of the purchase price shall be paid by the purchaser
within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the sale to CITIBANK BERHAD (GUNASELAN
