Women’s Lacrosse – PHS Woman’s LAX – Captains’ Practices have started. It’s not too late to join in! Captains’ practices will run every Tuesday and Thursday after school from 2:30 PM for about an hour. Players need to meet at the practice field behind the PHS student parking lot with their gear (sticks, eye protection, mouth guard and water). Captains’ practices will run until official practices begin in mid-February (except for Holiday Break). Conditioning will run every Monday and Wednesday after school from 2:30 PM for about 75 minutes. Players do not need to bring their lacrosse gear but do need to wear running shoes and appropriate clothing for running and exercising outdoors. And bring water!! Like Captains’ Practices, Conditioning will run until official practices begin in mid-February (except for Holiday Break). Captains Practices and Conditioning are what builds the foundation for a successful season!!
