The Pet Shop Sales Representative enables to influence / educate petshop speciality prescribers in order for increasing
the company's product recommendation which the Japan Petshop Pillar business provides aligning with selective
distribution model (J-Clara)
Drive the company’s product sales and market share within the assigned area for bridging between the company and
business partners to influence Japan’s distinctive position and values to petshops, wholesalers as well as pet owners.
Execute annual commercial plans for the area which can be contributed and delivered entire petshop pillar annual target.

- Behave as a company representative, demonstrate and communicate our values in order to make respective petshops
prescribed for sustaining our premium pet food positioning
- Motivate petshops that the company is the best partner for them as their business consultancy
- Responsible to hit annual business target based on Petshop pillar commercial objective
- Develop weekly call plan approved by Area Manager for making in-store call in an effective / efficient manner
- Focus to manage petshops outlets up to 200 (depend on the store classification results)
- Support Sales Area Manager for handling wholesaler management
- 2 years field sales experience
- thorough understanding of category retail sales environment and marketplace
- thorough understanding of the company & brand within that environment
- thorough understanding of the company's systems, standards and operating practises within the Sales area
(discretionary terms, promotional guidelines etc.)
- University degree
- Driver's license in Japan
- Native in Japanese
- Intermediate or advance IT literacy
- Willing to travel to Niigata area
